Well, I love music, and I'm always trying to find new songs to listen to.

I figure this thread might help introduce members to new songs, recommended by their fellow members. So, post here with whatever song you're listening
to at the time of your post. Tell a little about it too. Image

I'm listening to "Glamorous Life" by Sheila E. This is on the CD from one of the Ringo Starr, All Starr Band concerts, so it's live and
has a great drum solo going on. Ah man, does Sheila rock the drums. I had the great opportunity to see the All Starr band at Radio City in August, and other
than Ringo of course, she was my favorite act. Total show stealer.

No takers, so I'll post again. LOL

I'm listening to "Just Can't Get Enough" by Depeche Mode. Great beat. One of those songs you can just get up and dance to.

I'm listening to Montgomery Gentry - "Gone". Love this country band!! Eddie Montgomery and Troy Gentry emerged on the country scene in 1999.
They have a rock edge to them and is probably why I like them so much. This is a must to add to my Christmas list.

Sugarland - "Want To". This is the duo Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush. Nettles sang the duet "Who Says You Can't Go Home," with
Bon Jovi.

Head East - "Never Been Any Reason". Love that classic rock!!!! This bands original name was TimeAtions. They officially became Head East in 1969.
This song is on the Flat As A Pancake album (1975). It was on the billboard's top 100 single chart. It is one of the most frequently played song on
Classic Rock stations.

Ted Nugent - "Stranglehold". Not a big Nugent fan but I do love this song. Interesting fact about this song: Nugent didn't sing lead on
this song, Derek St. Holmes, vocalist with his band, did. Apparently the lyrics to this song caused some controversey with Woman's groups because of the
violence. With that aside, the music in this song is awesome, love the guitars!

Good morning everyone. I am listening to O Holy Night by Celine Dion on STAR 99.9 this morning through my computer here at work. It's getting me into the
spirit of Christmas. They have been playing Christmas Carols since Thanksgiving night at 7:00PM and will continue playing them until Christmas night!! At
least it gets you into the spirit of Christmas. Right?

Have a great day, enjoy AW and I will talk to you later.
